The automotive market has witnessed a significant shift with Manchester-based Eyeballs to Datapoints Ltd announcing its expansion through the acquisition of Factor Sales, a specialist provider of aftermarket industry insights.

Andy Barratt, a seasoned automotive executive who formerly served as Ford UK’s managing director and now sits on Eyeballs to Datapoints’ advisory board, views this acquisition as a strategic play. He believes it will provide a more dynamic and holistic view of consumer behavior and aftermarket responses.

Andy Barratt commented, “Data is the new horsepower. The strategic acquisition of Factor Sales demonstrates our commitment to delivering the most full and dynamic view of both what consumers are thinking and doing, and how the aftermarket is responding.”

Isaac Shalaan, co-founder and technical director of Factor Sales, expressed his enthusiasm about joining Eyeballs to Datapoints. He praised the company’s approach, believing that this merger can firmly establish Factor Sales as a mission-critical partner for those operating in the aftermarket.
